Our Quality Management
The company was amongst the first few in Singapore to be certified with the ISO 9001 international quality standard for software development in 1993. Committed to exploiting new ideas and producing cutting-edge solutions for our customers, we went on to attain the Singapore Quality Class (SQC) for business excellence in 1999. In the same year, we achieved the Singapore People Developer standard from the Productivity and Standards Board (PSB). In 2010, we have also received certification in AS9100 to ensure quality management and safety standards in the aerospace industry.
As a premier software hub, we propagate IT throughout our working environment. As a result, we became a winner of the inaugural Intelligent 20 Award in 2001 for our strategic use of IT and the Internet to improve our business and operations. Human resource functions were made available online resulting in greatly improved company-wide communications, reduced paperwork and faster administrative processes.

Our Commitment to the Community
Apart from our emphasis on quality, we also play our part as a good corporate citizen. We encourage our staff to contribute generously to the SHARE Programme by Community Chest. From 2002 to 2008, we attained the Platinum Award for the programme.
Our Unity as a Family
We emphasise working together as a team, organising regular get-togethers such as quarterly staff gatherings that build team spirit and share ideas at work. Our efforts are recognised by the Ministry of Community Development and Sports (MCDS) in 2000 through their Family Friendly Firm Award (Merit status). |
